Max joined Paradice in 2025. He has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry and joins from Betashares Capital where he was a Director – Head of Broking and Wealth Management. Prior to this Max held positions and various investment and wealth management companies including Bell Potter Securities and Altair Asset Management.

Chris joined Paradice in 2025 as the Head of Wholesale Distribution. Prior to Paradice, Chris was an Executive Director (State Manager – NSW Adviser Services) at Betashares since 2018. In this role, he was responsible for the promotion and distribution of Betashares funds to financial planners, asset consultants, managed account providers, dealer groups, and UHNW/family offices. Before this, Chris spent two years at Leveraged Equities in a business development role and three years at Macquarie Bank as an investment adviser. Chris has over 14 years’ experience in the funds management industry.
