The Paradice Australian Small Cap strategy was established in 2000. The strategy typically invests in 30-70 securities outside the ASX Top 100, providing investors with exposure to a diversified portfolio of emerging Australian businesses.

We believe equity markets are often inefficient due to investor emotion, short-term thinking and an overreliance on a single aspect of a company’s financial health, namely its profit and loss statement. Our investment approach is grounded in objective, fact-based analysis, with a focus on identifying quality businesses with attractive growth prospects. Through extensive company research, industry analysis and an intensive company visitation program, our experienced investment professionals seek to uncover opportunities that may be overlooked by the broader market. Proven valuation techniques and a strong focus on risk management underpin the investment process.

The strategy is managed by experienced Portfolio Managers Adam Harvey and Rishi Khilnani.
