Maddy joined Paradice in September 2021. Prior to joining Paradice, Maddy was at Regnan in 2015 before moving to Pendal as a Responsible Investment Manger in 2019. At Pendal, Maddy was seconded to J O Hambro Capital Management where she supported the Investment Director and ESG project team in a number of tasks, including their efforts to prepare the business for the introduction of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). Maddy has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Maddy holds a Bachelor of Arts (History, Government & International Relations).
