The Fund\u2019s exposure to international securities will not exceed 20% of the Fund\u2019s market value. The Fund&#8217;s long\/short investment style is designed to enhance returns and manage downside risks.<\/p><p>The Fund may also invest in exchange traded derivatives to manage risk and cash or cash
